1 killed, 9 missing after building collapse in Russia's Siberia

MOSCOW, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- At least one person was killed in a building collapse on Wednesday in Russia's Novosibirsk region in the Siberia, while nine others got buried under debris, Russia's Sputnik news agency reported quoting the owner of the building.
