BEIJING, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) -- A poster was released Monday for "A Witness out of the Blue," a crime thriller set to hit Chinese mainland theaters on Oct. 12, by the official Weibo account of the film.
Starring Louis Koo and directed by Fung Chih-Chiang, the whodunit features a police detective who must rely on the only witness, a parrot, to catch the killer of an armed robbery.
"Line Walker 2: Invisible Spy," a 2019 action crime drama co-starring Louis Koo, has generated a total box office of more than 690 million yuan (about 97 million U.S. dollars) on the Chinese mainland since its Aug. 1 debut.
