BEIJING, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- A formation of Chinese People's Armed Police Force (CAPF) marched past the Tian'anmen Rostrum in central Beijing on Tuesday during a grand military parade celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China.
The CAPF acts as a major force in safeguarding national security, social stability, and the people's well-being.
