BEIJING, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) -- "Ruben Brandt, Collector," an acclaimed Hungarian surreal animated feature film, is set for theatrical release on the Chinese mainland on Nov. 15, a company that assists in the movie's marketing announced Friday.
A poster has also been released by Road Pictures via the company's official Weibo account.
The storyline revolves around Ruben Brandt, a psychotherapist, who is forced to steal 13 paintings from the world's renowned museums and private collections to prevent his suffering from terrible nightmares he has had since childhood.
Directed by Milorad Krstic, the 2018 film has won several film festival awards in Europe and high critical praise.
