New way of poverty alleviation benefits villagers in N China's Shanxi by installing PV power panels on the roof.
JINCHENG, Oct. 14, 2019 (Xinhua) -- As one of the poverty-alleviation measures, local government of Jincheng City built photovoltaic power stations in 211 villages to help villagers increase their income with earning from the generated electricity.
