Feature: Chinese language study grows popular at Togo university

Chinese teacher Wen Pan teaches Pinyin (Mandarin phonetic symbols) during the first Chinese language lesson at the University of Lome (UL) in Lome, Togo, Nov. 18, 2019. Togo's UL in collaboration with the Confucius Institute at the university has launched the Faculty of Chinese Language Studies that will allow students to receive official bachelor degrees after successfully completing their Chinese language courses.
