Factory plants transformed into cultural, creative industry park in China's Henan

Photo taken on Dec. 3, 2019 shows a coffee bar reconstructed on the site of an idled plant at the Tianxin cultural and arts industry park in Luoyang, central China's Henan Province. Luoyang has transformed the idled plants of a old factory into cultural and creative industry park in recent years.
