HANGZHOU, China, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Zhao Yanhao scored a game-high 28 points to help Zhejiang Lions snap a two-game skid and beat Tianjin Pioneers 102-93 in the 2019/20 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league here on Friday.
The Lions missed injured starter Kenneth Faried but still raced into a 14-5 lead and stretched their advantage to 57-48 by halftime.
Tianjin cut the deficit to two points but failed to overtake their opponents in the second half.
Guard Zhao led the Lions with 28 points, while Sun Minghui added 24 points, and Aaron Jackson finished with 11 points and 13 assists.
Shi Deshuai scored a team-high 19 points for Tianjin, with teammates Chasson Randle and Marko Todorovic contributed 18 points and 15 points respectively.
