Kazakh communists outraged by U.S. act on Hong Kong

The Kazakh Communist People's Party leader says Kazakh communists are outraged by the U.S. administration's signing of the so-called Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019 into law, which interferes in China's internal affairs.
