HANGZHOU, China, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- Sylven Landesberg scored a game-high 43 points to help the Golden Bulls smash its provincial counterpart the Lions 121-91 in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league here on Saturday.
Landesberg led the Golden Bulls with 43 points in about 33 minutes, while guard Wu Qian contributed 27 points.
The Lions had four players scored double digits. Miles Plumlee finished with a team-high 19 points.
The Lions continued to miss its starting guard Aaron Jackson because of home birth, but newly signed Plumlee was available to play.
Landesberg came off the bench to score 27 points in the second quarter, helping the Golden Bulls storm to a 36-16 run and led 64-44 at the half.
The home side kept high shooting percentage in the second half, including guard Wu Qian made 9 out of 13 attempts, and the Golden Bulls easily maintained the advantage to the end.
