MOSCOW, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed confidence on Monday in strengthening mutually beneficial relations with Kazakhstan to enhance stability and security in Eurasia.
In a congratulatory message to Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Independence Day, Putin said bilateral relations are developing dynamically in the spirit of Russia and Kazakhstan's strategic partnership and alliance.
Cooperation regarding Eurasian integration has seen a good return, he added.
Putin also praised Kazakhstan's socio-economic and scientific successes, and its constructive role in resolving regional and international issues.
