Militants' bomb blast kills 10 soldiers in S. Afghanistan

LASHKAR GAH, Afghanistan, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- Ten Afghan government forces were killed as a bomb blast targeted a checkpoint of army soldiers in Sangin district of the southern Helmand province on Saturday, said a local official who declined to be named.
