Harbin presents magnificent ice and snow scenery thanks to hard work of workers, artists

Every winter, Harbin will host a series of ice sculpture competitions. Since Dec. 7, 2019, workers have been collecting and delievering ice and artists have been working on sculptures with exquisite craftsmanship.
