ZHENGZHOU, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- The foreign trade of central China's Henan Province rose 3.6 percent to 571.16 billion yuan (83.28 billion U.S. dollars) in 2019, local authorities said Friday.
According to Zhengzhou customs, the province's exports reached 375.46 billion yuan, up 4.9 percent, and its imports were 195.7 billion, up 1.2 percent last year.
The province's exports mainly included mechanical and electrical, labor-intensive and agricultural products. The export volume of mobile phones reached 218.31 billion yuan, accounting for 58.1 percent of the province's total exports.
The province's trade with countries along the Belt and Road rose 14.6 percent. Its trade with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the European Union and Latin America grew 20 percent, 15.3 percent and 11.8 percent, respectively.
