Medical personnel work at the isolation wards at the 2nd Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University in Wenzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, Feb. 4, 2020. The hospital started operation on Tuesday, becoming the third designated hospital for treating pneumonia patients infected with the novel coronavirus in the city.
