Lithuania marks 102nd independence anniversary

VILNIUS, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- People marked the 102nd independence anniversary of Lithuania in Vilnius, the capital city, over the weekend.

On Feb. 16, 1918, the Act of Independence of Lithuania was signed, proclaiming the restoration of the state of Lithuania.
