Kuwait will allow residence violators to leave the country without fines, the Kuwait's Ministry of Interior announced on Monday. Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anas Al-Saleh issued an amnesty decision allowing residence violators to leave Kuwait during the period of April 1 to 30 without paying fines, the Security Media Department with the ministry said.
