SHANGHAI, June 22 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures opened higher Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The most active gold contract for December delivery was up 5.5 yuan (about 78 U.S. cents) to open at 397.76 yuan a gram.
