KATHMANDU, July 1 (Xinhua) -- Farmers across Nepal celebrate the National Paddy Day (Dhan Diwas) by organizing various programs. The festival, which falls on the 15th of the Nepali month of Asar, is marked with rice plantation, dance and playing with muddy water.
