JAKARTA, July 25 (Xinhua) -- The COVID-19 cases in Indonesia rose by 1,868 within one day to 97,286, with the death toll adding by 49 to 4,714, the Health Ministry said on Saturday.
According to the ministry, 1,409 more people were discharged from hospitals, bringing the total number of recovered patients to 55,354.
The virus has spread to all the country's 34 provinces.
Specifically, within the past 24 hours, Jakarta recorded 376 new cases, East Java 310, Central Java 191, South Sulawesi 136, South Kalimantan 118 and Gorontalo 102.
No more new positive cases were found in two provinces, namely East Nusa Tenggara and Central Sulawesi. Enditem
