China Railway Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. in Wuhan has successfully developed a new type of free-rotating heavy-duty forklift. With a maximum lifting capacity of 40 tonnes, the forklift could rise high up to 2.7 meters and is capable of rotating containers 360 degrees. The equipment is flexible and occupies a small place. It's expected to play a role in the future development of rail-water combined transportation.
