Cuba received 23 tons of health supplies on Tuesday from China to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic. A sixth and final flight arrived with a shipment of rapid tests, real-time molecular biology tests known as PCR, and other medical supplies to Havana. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel thanked China for helping the country fight the health emergency. Since mid-April, Cuban planes have transported around 80 tons of medicines and medical supplies from China to guarantee a stable supply to Cuban health institutions.
