CONGJIANG, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Recently, the rice planted in terraces in Congjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, is getting ready for harvest. Local farmers have seized the opportunity to harvest, carry and dry the rice when the rain stops.
