By drawing up China's new development blueprint, the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) gives a new and definite direction for the country's future development, said a South Korean expert in a recent interview with Xinhua. The 19th CPC Central Committee held its fifth plenary session in Beijing from Oct. 26 to 29, which adopted proposals for formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035. Kwon Gi-sik, President of the Korea-China City Friendship Association, said that the blueprint serves as CPC's commitment to both its people and the international community.
