New Zealand reports one new case of COVID-19 in managed isolation

WELLINGTON, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand reported one new case of COVID-19 in managed isolation and no new community cases on Friday.

The case arrived from Singapore on Oct. 31 and has been transferred to the Auckland quarantine facility, according to the Ministry of Health.

Twenty-four previously reported cases are now considered to have recovered, bringing the total number of active cases to 44. The total number of confirmed cases is 1,618, said a ministry statement. Enditem
