BRASILIA, Dec. 9 (Xinhua) -- The Brazilian government on Wednesday launched the 2020-2025 Anti-corruption Plan to fight graft.

President Jair Bolsonaro signed the document at a ceremony at government headquarters attended by the General Comptroller of the Union, Wagner Rosario, and other top officials.

According to Rosario, the plan adopted international recommendations issued by the United Nations, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Organization of American States (OAS).

According to the president's office, the anti-corruption plan will be implemented in two stages: the first diagnoses the situation with the help of the Interministerial Committee Against Corruption, and the second prepares the measures to be implemented in the short and medium terms. Enditem
