ATHENS, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- Greece reported 693 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the national total to 124,534, authorities announced on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the country's death toll from the virus increased by 85 to 3,625, according to the National Public Health Organization.
The country extended lockdown measures to Jan. 7 on Monday in an attempt to further curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
