SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir, Dec. 15 (Xinhua) -- Harisa is a traditional Kashmiri dish prepared with meat, rice and spices in a 12-hour process.
It is sold in early mornings at specially set up shops, called Harisa Van.
