BEIJING, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- The year 2020 is a juncture where China is wrapping up the plan for the 2016-2020 period and preparing for its next master plan. In 2020, China stepped up efforts to shore up weak links regarding people's livelihoods. A slew of measures has been rolled out to address people's concerns in employment, education, basic medical services, the elderly care, housing, public services, etc.
