BEIJING, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Xinhua News Agency on Tuesday announced a plan to update its major news products at the beginning of the coming year.
The revamped news products, including newspapers Xinhua Daily Telegraph and Reference News, xinhuanet.com, and the agency's news app, will be launched on Jan. 1, 2021.
He Ping, president and editor-in-chief of Xinhua News Agency, said the updates were to facilitate deeper media integration and strengthen the capacity for engaging in international communication.
The foreign language versions of xinhuanet.com and the Xinhua News app will be updated simultaneously.
