MANILA, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- A local hotel in Manila, the Philippines will open multi-purpose bubble pods to guests in an effort to protect them from COVID-19 infection. These bubble pods allow guests to enjoy their meals while keeping a safe distance from other guests.
The Department of Health (DOH) of the Philippines on Tuesday reported 937 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the country's total tally to 479,693.
