BEIJING, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- Beijing reported one new locally transmitted COVID-19 case and four asymptomatic cases on Sunday, the municipal health commission said Monday.
The confirmed case, aged 49, lives in the city's Shunyi District and is wife of an earlier confirmed case. She tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.
The confirmed and asymptomatic cases have been transferred to the designated Ditan Hospital for treatment and isolation.
No new locally transmitted suspected COVID-19 cases were reported in Beijing. No new imported confirmed, suspected, or asymptomatic COVID-19 cases were reported in the city on Sunday, said the commission. Enditem
