BEIRUT, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon will file an urgent complaint to the Security Council requesting a condemnation of Israeli aggressions and violations of Lebanon's sovereignty and UN Resolution 1701, a statement by the Presidency reported on Tuesday.
Lebanese President Michel Aoun instructed on Tuesday Caretaker Foreign Affairs Minister Charbel Wehbe to file the complaint, the report said.
The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) spokesperson Andrea Tenenti warned on Monday against escalations by Israel or Lebanon along the Blue Line and called on Israel to stop flying warplanes into the Lebanese airspace. Enditem
