Working for a construction company based in Shanghai, 30-year-old Yang Xiakun opts to stay put in his place of work instead of going back to his hometown Wuhan for a customary family reunion. "It's a great pity not being able to stay with my parents this Spring Festival, but I still have their understanding and blessing," Yang says. "During the holiday I will take my wife and son to places like the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Shanghai Disneyland."
