DHAKA, March 8 (Xinhua) -- Women are widely engaged in manual labor in the thousands of rice mills in Bangladesh.

Female workers are seen drying paddy using traditional methods in a yard of a rice mill in Bangladesh's Brahmanbaria district, 109 km northeast of capital Dhaka.
