CANBERRA, May 29 (Xinhua) -- The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Government on Thursday opened the facility for the Grassland Earless Dragon at the Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve on the outskirts of Canberra to provide habitat for the endangered dragon species.
