CAIRO, June 18 (Xinhua) -- As the sun sets on the horizon of the rippling Nile river in Egypt's capital Cairo, dots of sailboats, shone by the golden light, are floating quietly on the river, with the famous Giza pyramids vaguely seen in the distance.
